    I’ve just completed the 30-day challenge and really really enjoyed it! Thank you very much also for encouraging us to keep going and don’t be too hard on ourselves if we don’t manage every day. It did get easier and easier every day and once I’ve established a routine to meditate “first-thing in the morning” it worked much better!
