Your meditations are wonderful! I previously was doing it on my own. Hearing a calm, kind voice gives it meaning and is easier to do.

I love how I was pointed to this site….I can’t even tell you how. I am the one currently enrolled in a course of finding your purpose. I’ve been the Silicon Valley madness furthering other people’s dreams. The shadow artist, the back round singer, the one behind, not knowing or fearing stepping into my own. Just last week, I realized this course is all left brained, masculine. I need my heart involved! This is exactly what was missing! I am going to incorporate both. But, I will start with this heart connection. Thank you Vanessa!

Thank you, I had a hard time as my hubby is terrible ill and yes my mind was all over the place but I believe in time this will help me a lot.
I’m sad to hear about your hubby Donna. When my mom was going through cancer, I found I had to do a lot to ground myself and give myself compassion or I got so depleted as a caregiver. I hope this meditation challenge gives you a place to rest and feel a little bit of calm in the storm.

I put meditation down as a task I’d like to delegate I’m suppose to do it every morning for 3mins but I don’t do it as often as I should. This email came at the perfect time. Because it’s a 30day challenge so I’m more eagered to delegate these 5 min meditation guidings

Very nice but I experience my body twitching often as a feeling of not being comfortable (although I am). Such a short period of time but seems like an hour 🙂 Thank you
