    Hi again, Vanessa! Great meditation! It’s amazing you say something and it happens. “Begin to focus on your dominant hand…turn the dial up…you are probably now feeling a sensation in your hand.” Yes! That was amazing! So can you say “We can have peace on earth” and make that happen, too? Ha! THANK YOU!

    • Ha! Glad you enjoyed it Laura. Honestly…I do believe in our collective consciousness and when we focus our intention on positive outcomes, it does contribute to the collective consciousness in some way. Not easy to “prove” but I have lots of crazy stories. 😉

    I was able to do this as I’m a reiki master. I’m still not able to visualize objects in my mind? I also never remember my dreams. Is this normal?

    • I don’t think there’s any “normal” when it comes to this stuff 😉 As I mentioned before, some people tend to be more visual, others connect more with a general sense of an object rather than literally seeing it in their minds eye, or a sound, smell, feel of an object. Many people don’t remember their dreams. If you set an intention to remember before going to bed and lie in bed for a minute upon waking, that can help some people remember. You could also try hypnosis.

    What a great meditation! I was blown away by my ability to really sense the energy I was creating throughout my body by just focusing on it. I did this meditation right before starting a work assignment I was anxious about and it really helped me get through it quickly and to produce something I’m proud of. Thank you!
