Hello. I am so grateful I found you Vanessa. Each day, the meditation is answering to my needs so magically. But the one for today was even more powerful. I was feeling in a dark place, very discouraged, and even tough I usually know how to create space for difficult feelings, I could not get out of this darknest. I had to push myself to meditate. And it was just perfect timing. While we were asked to feel the love for someone, just by connecting to the love I feel for my son, helped me to shift my energy into love. I could feel the love beaming out of me. From that place, it was easy to turn towards this part of me who felt so isolated, discouraged and give her so much love. My day after that totally shifted into a very positive note. I am so happy!

Good morning. I begin my morning me time at 5:00 am each morning. Your meditations is the first thing I do before my affirmations, Journaling and then reading in your book. My daily prayer to to become 1% better version of myself than yesterday. My favorite meditation so far is God I surrender, allow and trust you have my highest greatest best each day. Vanessa, I’m loving these short meditations. I usually like the longer ones, but these little ones are just perfect between tasks, helps to keep me centered and relaxed, to be more open to a learning experience.

Thank you Vanessa. This meditation today was a healthy, wholesome experience. I thoroughly embodied all the love going out and coming in.
