  • I found this meditation the most moving so far. Thankyou. It was very healing. I will be doing this again over next few days for more healing.

    It was so touching… I was in tears by the end of the meditation, as I remembered a very difficult moment my inner child experienced at the age of 10. Luckily, this time I was there to comfort and support her. Thank you, Vanessa.

    My inner child and I went to the beach and I gave her a piece of seaglass to keep with her until we visit again.

    This was a difficult one as I wasn’t particularly happy as a child and I have barely any memories of that time.

    However it did remind me of a time I was in the sea with my grandad and a great big wave washed over us.

    I can’t actually remember it but I’ve been told about it and I could see it in my mind and imagine how much joy it would’ve bought me.

    This is a good meditation not just for comforting or being there for one’s inner child, but also for understanding one’s inner child and forgiving her.

    I love this meditation that takes me to a very deep place inside. It is great to hold the hand of the child inside of me and listen to her tell me about what makes life better for her. Let’s me know that the child is always there inside and can come out to play when invited. Thank You!

      Yes, we have all the parts of ourselves inside of us that we have lived. This meditation is incredibly powerful to remember that child and adore her!
