Beautiful meditation this one, I really felt the energy between my hands, as in Tai Chi and then I felt very focused and energized.

I have a (now) part time job at an art gallery, which is filled with unavoidable multitasking. When a manager asked me to do something while I’m in the middle of an email, I stop and shift gears. And yes, it’s very hard for me to re-concentrate on what I was doing before I was interrupted. Part. time helps a lot with the stress!

I am starting to write a first short book for future income, so this “Power Hour” will be super wonderful for. getting writing done!! Thank you.

Oh yes, it can be a challenge when at work and others seem to interrupt. I hope you try the Power Hour out! It really helps while writing.

Wow! I always thought that being able to multitask was a gift. Now I realize how it can really defeat the purpose of what you are doing and possibly place you in the middle of a mess of your creation. Thank you!

The power hour should be basic teaching in corp America.
I was always an early in the office person and the first hour when no one was there, no phones, no email was always my most productive time of the day. My most important projects/decisions were done during this time.
I did find that being creative occurred in the afternoon and usually after a walk.
Good chat. Needs to be broader distributed.

    • Thank you Brad, I’m glad to hear you enjoyed it! Feel free to share this page with anyone you’d like. How wonderful that you found a way to be productive and focus on your most important projects and decisions by coming in early when no one was there. That’s a great way to implement this framework! Creativity on a walk in the afternoon…sounds like you already have an ideal schedule for your day. 🙂
