How I Can Help
FORUM FUNDAMENTALS
Forum Fundamentals is a prerequisite for members and spouses integrating into an existing forum or creating a new one. This one-day instructional workshop will ensure you have a solid foundation and understanding in forum process and protocols to enjoy a successful forum journey.
MODERATOR WORKSHOPS
Moderator Workshops are designed for up to 10 moderators and incoming moderators. Your forum’s health is greatly influenced by the moderator’s expertise, experience and leadership and this training will equip your moderator with what they need to be successful in this role.
FORUM LAUNCH
Launch your forum with clear priorities, intentions, deeper connection, and agreed upon protocol. This training will help set clear expectations to optimize your forum experience.
FORUM RECHARGE
This program is designed to re-energize your forum by focusing on values, priorities and vision while deepening vulnerability and connection in the group.
FALL KICK-OFF
The Fall-Kick Off meeting will reconnect your group, establish content for the coming year and help your moderator feel empowered to proactively stay the course and optimize the forum experience for everyone involved.
MID-YEAR REVIEW
The Mid-Year Review will help forums identify challenges and opportunities needed to sustain momentum through the rest of the year.
ENNEAGRAM 101
This introductory overview of the enneagram includes iEQ9 assessments for each individual in the forum, leading to greater self-discovery, understanding and improved group cohesion.
RETREATS
Vanessa will work with you to design a custom retreat agenda tailored to your specific needs. Your time, travel and energy are precious investments. I’m committed to ensuring you receive tremendous value during your retreat and that this special time serves you for many years to come. I bring a unique blend of proven tools, high energy, deep listening, intuition, experience, vulnerability and practical knowledge.
Your Retreat Experience Includes:
- Pre-Planning Calls with Vanessa, including calls with your Forum Moderator, Retreat Coordinator (if different than moderator) and 1:1 interviews with Forum Members as needed.
- Forum Assessment. Vanessa will send a detailed questionnaire for forum members to complete in advance of the retreat to better understand the unique challenges and opportunities facing your group.
- Tailored Agenda. Vanessa will design the retreat in response to the greatest challenges and opportunities that come out of the Forum Assessment. Each retreat is intentionally crafted to suit your unique needs and objectives, ensuring a customized and deeply transformative experience.
