I particularly needed this meditation which helped me to reconcile my lack of confidence in a financial situation. The words that came to me-“what you give is enough” came from your guidance of ‘giving advice to someone you love.’ I liked hearing about the experiment exercising self forgiveness and also the one about self talk–Shows it needs to be positive and kind. Interesting that self compassion increases will power and invites higher self esteem in an organic way. Thank you for your insights and the reinforcing meditation.

I find that’s one of the best and quickest ways to soothe ourselves and access our deeper wisdom, is to simply imagine what you’d say to a dear friend, and that offer that same kindness to yourself exactly how you would with a friend.
