The breathwork is a nice anchor to ground me and force a pause in the busy day. It’s fun to feel the immediate change in my body!
I can feel a shift in my state almost immediately. I have a better sense of presence.
It has been a positive experience and being in a group makes the routine stick much better and faster.
Now I have something to do when I have a few minutes between meetings, etc. 😉
I love the reminder to pause…I look forward to carving out the time every day.
I can (now) use breath work to help calm my mind.
After an argument with my husband, I used the practice to expel some of the negative energy and felt way more calm and able to deal after.
I usually do the breath work first thing in the morning and have noticed that I feel tired/sluggish beforehand and feel more energized and ready to start my day afterward.
Overall, I have felt more spacious in my body. Grounded and clear in my mind.
I feel more connected, am able to anchor and self-regulate more fluidly.
I feel a lift from my brain, much quieter and calmer.
I noticed a sense of peace right from the beginning. It feels both grounding/relaxing and increases my alertness.

Training
The breathwork you’ll learn is research backed and based in traditions that are thousands of years old.
How: You’ll learn a variety of practices guided by Vanessa and Karestan, both of whom are trained in a wide range of breathwork techniques that they’ll be bringing to you over the course of the six-week intensive. These practices have profoundly changed our lives, and we’re excited to share them with you.
Our work is informed by a rich legacy of teachers, including Pranayama meditation based on the work of David Elliott and Contrast Breathing developed by David Magone, whose contributions continue to shape and inspire the practices we offer.
