Mindful listening and creating healthy, loving boundaries with Marc Lesser
Marc takes us on a beautiful meditation and encourages us to really lean into looking at the facts including our feelings and fears, hopes and dreams and everything that’s happening to us right now.
He reminds us about the power of Mindful Listening, which is listening without judgment, criticism or interruption, while being aware of internal thoughts and reactions that may get in the way of people communicating with you effectively.
You can use this valuable technique whenever you’re feeling fearful and anxious.
