Soul Solution Course

The Soul Solution Course involves (mostly) weekly calls starting Wednesday, Sept 18th from 11:30 – 12:45 pm PST where I’ll be taking you through the various coaching tools from each chapter of The Soul Solution book.

Each week we’ll do a short guided meditation, apply a coaching tool, and discuss the prior week’s activity + coaching tool in breakout groups. Plus you’ll have some laser coaching and Q&A with me!

Let’s walk through the 11 Weekly Sessions of the course together …

Week 1 (Sept 18th) – But I Followed the Rules.

In Week 1, you’ll do an honest assessment of your life with the “How to Get to a 10” coaching tool and set inspiring goals for different categories of your life. We’ll help you figure out what’s working (and what’s not!) and come up with your own personal, powerful action steps you can take right away to create change and have a bigger impact.

We’ll also help you get clear on your intention for the program and show you how to:

More easily make choices aligned with your values
Use the power of Intentionality to build a more deliberate life
Improve the area of your life that most needs attention, and be surprised by what shows up!
Get step-by-step tactics to stay consistent, move past obstacles and remain on track no matter what happens
By the end of Week 1, you’ll have a rock solid understanding of your intention and a clear action plan to improve each area of your life.

Week 2 (Sept 25th) – The Whispers of Your Soul

Learn how to access the wisdom of you Soul. In Week 2, you’ll learn techniques to invite the subconscious mind and soul to guide you forward. Through spiritual practices, listening to deep emotion and spending time in nature, you’ll access your intuition, soul and deeper longings.

You’ll also:

Check in on last week’s coaching tool to get support and accountability
Understand the importance of your soul’s inner wisdom and how to access it to guide you forward
Learn how to distinguish between Ego and Soul (and why that matters)
Get tools, strategies, and best practices to stay in dialogue with your Soul and start taking action on the wisdom it offers you
Start to follow your Soul whispers, and notice the signs and serendipities that guide you on your path forward.

Week 3 (Oct 9th) – Your Energetic Breadcrumbs

In Week 3, you’ll get practical, easy to apply tools to begin following your energetic breadcrumbs. As you start trusting yourself and your own inner knowing more fully, you’ll be amazed by the people and resources that show up in your life. Magic ensues!

You’ll also:

Create an Energy Audit to track your energetic breadcrumbs each week
Check in on last week’s coaching tool to see if you need support in Dialoguing with Nature
Feel inspired (and less alone!) as you hear other people’s stories of following (and not following!) their own energetic breadcrumbs
At the end of this week’s lesson, you’ll feel rock solid in your ability to begin listening to, and trusting, your energetic breadcrumbs.

Week 4 (Oct 16th) – Discover Your Superpower

The key to feeling energized in life is harnessing what Gay Hendricks calls your Zone of Genius. This week, we’ll do a deep dive on your strengths and unique genius, including a friends and family genius survey. You’ll consciously choose activities that put you in your Zone of Genius – what you’re naturally good at and enjoy doing.

You’ll also:

Understand what’s been causing you to feel drained and exhausted
Learn tools to feel more energized at your current job and/or create new roles that leave you even more energized and excited
Understand the “Competency Trap” that almost everyone falls into and how to avoid it
Get step-by-step tactics to spend more time in your Zone of Genius, at work and at home
No matter what your current situation is, by the end of this week’s lesson, you’ll have everything you need to leverage your unique abilities and feel energized rather than exhausted.

Week 5 (Oct 23rd) – Chasing Gold Standards vs. Your True North Star

Learn how to shift the fears, limiting beliefs and excuses that have kept you stuck with the Source Your Beliefs coaching tool. In this module, you’ll also:

Generate a comprehensive list of all the beliefs that are keeping you stuck, and start to shift them in one sitting
Discover the right (and wrong) way to bring your unconscious blocks to the surface to be shifted and released with love and compassion.
Deepend into your unique genius through group discussion
Shift the thoughts and beliefs that are secretly sabotaging your ability to get what you want
At the end of this week, you’ll know exactly what’s been stopping you, and how to shift it. You’ll be able to pursue what you really want instead of what you’ve been taught you “should” do.

Week 6 (Oct 30th) – From Tunnel Vision to Visionary

In Week 6, you’ll clarify your ideal vision and set inspiring goals. You’ll learn a proven writing technique to manifest your ideal life called “Hot Pen Visioning”. Plus, we’ll be doing Visioning Circles for you to gain further clarity and expand the vision of what’s possible. This is one of the most highly rated modules of the program!

You’ll also:

Move from feeling like; “I was meant for something more, but I don’t know what it is,” into the belief; “I know I’m meant for more, and I have some ideas what that might be.”
Get proven strategies to achieve more of what you want in life
Ask powerful, guided questions to gain clarity on your next step
At the end of this week, you’ll know exactly what to do to gain clarity on your next step and move forward with confidence.

Week 7 (Nov 6th) – Radical Responsibility

In this week’s lesson, you’ll learn about the victim, villain and hero traps and which pattern you tend to fall into most often. The “Complaint to Commitment” coaching tool will help you go from feeling stuck to feeling empowered and moving forward with ease. Plus, we’ll be working on your Ideal Life movie script in breakouts to get encouragement and further clarify your vision.

You’ll also

Learn why complaining is so addictive, and how to get out of the cycle
Get a 3 part coaching framework to teach you how to go from complaining about something in your life to making a new commitment
Feel support and accountability from this group in your new commitment
By the end of this week, you’ll understand why complaining isn’t a good use of your time or energy, and what to do instead to consistently show up for yourself.

Week 8 (Nov 13th) – Quieting Your Inner Critic

Once you have the tools to create lasting change, learning how to turn your negative self-talk (your inner critic) into a positive, encouraging voice (your inner coach) is crucial. This will help you persevere in the face of obstacles. Learn PhD Krisin Neff’s cutting-edge research on self-compassion and how to cultivate a more kind inner roommate.

In this week’s class, you’ll get:

A powerful guided meditation to access your inner compassionate wisdom and learn how to use that voice to guide your decisions going forward
Access to PhD Kirstin Neff’s powerful three-part self-compassion framework
Surprising research demonstrating that rather than making you slack off, self-compassion actually boosts willpower
This week’s lesson and live call will help you learn lifelong skills to be kind and compassionate with yourself, which will not only increase willpower and happiness, but will allow you to be even more patient and compassionate with others too.

Week 9 (Nov 20th) – What Limits You?

Fears, limiting beliefs, and traumas are passed down from generation to generation like fine china and silver serving spoons, yet we never ask, Is this serving me? Learn proven tools to shift limiting beliefs and heal family loyalty that no longer serves you. Often, our unintegrated emotional charges from childhood create patterns that we repeat as adults. This week’s lesson will support you in integrating emotional charges, and unwinding patterning that has kept you stuck. This is some of the most powerful work thus far!

Together, we will:

Begin a dialogue with your inner child to support your integration of old emotional charges
Learn simple ways to show up consistently and unconditionally for the parts of you that most need it
Stay with uncomfortable feelings in a safe and supportive environment
The goal of this week, as Michael Brown says, is not to “feel better” but to “get better at feeling.” By the end of this live call and recorded lesson, you will feel more skilled and able to feel and integrate difficult emotions.

Week 10 (Dec 4th) – The Success Myth

For ages, our culture has embraced an outdated definition of success, including an obsession with productivity and wearing “busy” as a badge of honor. Many of us feel the ramifications of that every day, and yet concretizing a new definition of success feels insurmountable. Learn belief reprogramming to get out of the Success Myth and create your own unique soul solution.

This week, you’ll learn:

A super-simple method to notice when you’re in flow versus when you’re forcing things
How to get back into flow on demand
A powerful coaching tool to reprogram old beliefs in ten simple steps
Red flags to know when you’re off track

Week 11 (Dec 11th) – Surrender, Allow and Trust

Well, it’s our final week (sniff, sniff). This week is all about learning to surrender, allow and trust the Universe to move in you, as you, through you. You’ll also:

Discover a weekly ritual to incorporate all the practices you’ve learned into daily habits and ensure you stay on track
Understand the importance of staying aligned and focused on what you want (rather than allowing your fears and doubts to derail you) so you can manifest your goals more quickly
Get a Personal Roadmap that includes a deep dive summary for all the tools and strategies you’ve learned to help you leverage and integrate them going forward (woo hoo!)
