It was as lovely as I remembered it. I first encountered loving-kindness meditation during the lockdown of Covid 19 when ironically our own breathing could kill us. I listened to Youtube videos while walking. For a few minutes, during my loving-kindness meditation walks, I felt protected and creative. For the skeptical, try it. If it does not give you at least a sense of balance; it will reduce your rage and blood pressure.

Loved this meditation…it felt like a cleansing shower of warmth and love and positivity was washing over me and, subsequently, over those I visualized. It felt like the kind of meditation people are talking about when they talk about using meditation to change the world and achieve world peace. Thank you for introducing this practice.
