    Eric Potterat introduced me to the ability to take back control and slow your mind by 4 minutes of breathing (4-6-4). Knowing about the parasympathetic dynamics is helpful, reinforces the value, thanks!

    I was actually told by Marci Shimof that I needed to do some breathing exercises to help me relax. At the time she did one exercise with me. I appreciate the ones you did and spoke about and will add them to my meditation thank you!
