Was good to ease into the issue that has been bothering me, accept it and go about my day with a sense of stillness surrounding it.

I noticed that I am becoming better at shutting the rest of the world out. In part, I think it has to do with your voice; it is so calming and even. I was “wandering” off with my problem, and the big pause near the end called me back to the meditation. It was shocking how the act of coming back to your voice after contemplating a problem pulled me back into the meditation.
Well done Wendy! How wonderful that you’re noticing that you’re becoming better at being present and tuning out the rest of the world. That’s great!

I have really struggled for months now to try to accept a very hurtful,traumatic experience that is still happening and been unsuccessful. Tonight for just this little moment, I was able to do that. Thanks very much.
