    I noticed that I am becoming better at shutting the rest of the world out. In part, I think it has to do with your voice; it is so calming and even. I was “wandering” off with my problem, and the big pause near the end called me back to the meditation. It was shocking how the act of coming back to your voice after contemplating a problem pulled me back into the meditation.
