Anyone else feeling the quarantine fatigue?!

Things are really starting to wear thin. If you’re snapping at your loved ones, irritated by your friends or yelling at your kids…you’re not alone. If you’re in a deep process of grief, crippled by anxiety, or overwhelmed by fear…you’re also not alone.

This is HARD.

Deep breaths. Quiet time. Alone time. Extreme self-care. Massive self-compassion. Extra empathy.

Put on your oxygen mask first.
